Steven Katz - President - Steven's background includes more than 20 years experience in high-tech sales, marketing and product development for such innovative firms as Sprint, Sameday.com, Merisel, CMP Media, NMB Technologies and Microsoft. Prior to launching his firm, Steven helped develop a comprehensive marketing and channel partnership strategy for the JPL/Caltech business process management software startup, Oak Grove Systems - growing their business from 3 to 60 clients - leading to their eventual acquisition by Atlanta-based enterprise software company Seagull Software. Steven earned a BS in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University, Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Edward Yates - VP of Consulting - Ed has extensive operational and consulting experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) markets.  A classically trained consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand manager, Ed has led worldwide operations for leading organizations including Nabisco and Castrol. More recently, as a fulltime consultant with Glendinning Management Consultants,  Ed managed major global client engagements and led board-level sponsored client projects.  His functional expertise includes go-to-market strategy, consumer marketing, category management, and sales/marketing integration. Ed has his CPA in both the State of Connecticut and California.  And has earned his BS Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a MBA in Marketing at New York University Stern School of Business.

Bryan Lyng - Creative Director - Bryan's background includes more than 15 years experience with numerous high-profile firms operating in the financial services, high-tech, communications and eCommerce industries. In addition, he has also helped found and manage three internal and external marketing communications, advertising and web development agencies. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder.
