Rhonda Gilligan - Walt Disney Parks and
Resorts Online, Manager of Content Development / User Experience
Design Lead - Ms. Gilligan has over 20 years experience in advertising,
marketing communications and business strategy. She is a published
author and recognized expert in the creation of web-based business
solutions that support traditional values of sustainable profitability,
and is a frequent speaker on topics of Internet content strategy.
Ms. Gilligan has also served as Senior Content Strategist for Transamerica
Life Insurance and Investments, and led the creation of the content
department for IBM's Santa Monica e-business Innovation Center.
In 2002, Ms. Gilligan was hired by Disney Parks and Resorts Online
to create and manage their Content Development team. Ms. Gilligan
also serves a User Experience Design Lead on large, business-critical
initiatives including an ongoing work effort to optimize online
sales, conversions and per-sale revenues for Disneyworld.com.
Olivier Chaine - SalesBuilder, Inc., Founder and CEO - Olivier combines
an in-depth background in business and marketing strategy with a
deep understanding of technology and customer behavior to help companies
such as Ticketmaster, Entertainment Publications, Citrix, Intuit
and Microsoft focus their strategy and achieve profitable growth.
Prior to founding SalesBuilder,
Olivier spent three years as the Vice President of Technology and
Web Operations at LowerMyBills.com, where he successfully developed
an enterprise-wide data warehouse. Olivier was also the Senior Director
of Strategy and Technology Consulting at USWeb/CKS, where he worked
on over two dozen projects for companies such as Hewlett Packard,
Kaiser Permanente, Peakcare and Warner Bros. Olivier holds a B.S.
in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
Steven Katz (moderator) - Azimuth Marketing
Group, President - Steven's background includes more than 20
years experience in high-tech sales, marketing and product development
for such innovative firms as Sprint, Sameday.com, Merisel, CMP Media,
NMB Technologies and Microsoft. Prior to launching his firm, Steven
helped develop a comprehensive marketing and channel partnership
strategy for the JPL/CalTech business process management software
startup, Oak Grove Systems - growing their business from 3 to 60
clients - leading to their eventual acquisition by Atlanta-based
enterprise software company Seagull Software. Steven earned a BS
in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University,
Northridge and an MBA from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business
and Management. A member of the AMA for over 20 years, Steven served
on the AMA, Southern California Chapter’s board from 2002-2005 as
the Secretary and Treasurer.
